PRODUCTION MACHINING
Cobra Machine works with: All Steels & Tool Steels, including Aluminum, Stainless Steels, Various Brass and Bronzes, Titanium, Magnesium, Graphite, as well as Plastics and more.
Industries Served: Medical, Fastener, Aerospace, Motion & Fluid Control, Food & Beverage, Packaging, Agriculture, Natural Resources & Mining, Industrial Equipment, Transportation, Construction, Pipeline, Machinery Manufacturing, Utility Manufacturing, Component Manufacturing and more.
CNC Milling
We currently have over 10 CNC Machining Centers and are constantly upgrading to the newest technology. By combining the traditional craft of machining with the power of computer technology we have the ability to create incredibly precise and complex parts, can achieve remarkably tight tolerances and consistently produce identical parts.
wire edm
By using EDM machining we are able to manufacture parts from multiple materials including: Brass, Tool Steel, Carbide, Aluminum, Graphite and other exotic metals. We have the capacity to supply your production needs from prototype work and short runs to medium or long run production.
CNC Turning
We currently have over 6 CNC Turning Centers. We can perform operations such as facing, tapered turning, parallel turning, parting, grooving, threading, boring, drilling, knurling, profiling, and reaming. This is essential for components like shafts, rollers, bolts, axles, augers, connector pins, screws, housings, and more.
prototyping & reverse engineering
Prototyping is part of what we do and is involved in every aspect of our design process. We have state of the art product development equipment that allows us to do prototype manufacturing in a matter of hours once the design process is complete.
The reverse-engineering process involves measuring an object and then reconstructing it as a 3D CAD-CAM model. It can also be seen as "going backwards through the development cycle". Send us you worn out or broken part and we can reverse engineer it for you improving the quality and efficiency of the part provided. Doing this will also provide a drawing for the next time you want to manufacture that part, making turnaround times ideal.
